Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to senior leadership. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing agendas and materials, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the executive’s calendar to ensure priorities are met and time is used effectively
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and supporting materials
- Track action items and follow up on key tasks and commitments
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications and requests
- Help ensure the executive’s time and priorities are aligned with key business objectives
- Assist with drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain organized files and records
- Conduct research and compile information to support meetings and decision-making
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office productivity tools
